Man allegedly refused to give sample of breath numerous times
A TWEED Heads man will face Dalby court after he allegedly failed to give a sample of his breath numerous times to police.
Police intercepted the 44-year-old man along Patrick St on November 28 for the purpose of a random breath test.
It will be alleged the man failed to supply a sample of his breath numerous times roadside, and back at the Dalby police station.
He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, and will face court on December 15.
A 45-year-old Harristown man was allegedly stung driving more than two times the limit about 12am on the morning of December 1.
The man was intercepted by police, and allegedly returned a reading of 0.133 roadside.
He will face Dalby Magistrates Court on January 5.
A 24-year-old Dalby man was caught several days earlier on November 28 about 9pm, along Alfred St, where he allegedly returned a reading of 0.070.
He will be facing court at a later date.
A 27-year-old from Coconuts, near Innisfail, was intercepted as well along Charles St on November 26.
It will be alleged he returned a reading of 0.104 roadside, more than twice the legal blood alcohol limit.
He will face Dalby Magistrates Court on December 15.
