The MAMS Group is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Administration Officer to join our Innisfail Team on a 12 month contract. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 1 year full time experience working in an administration role, as well as an excellent local knowledge of the area that would assist them in supporting our operations in the Cassowary Coast.
The successful applicant will be required to follow instructions and carry out daily tasks including processing employee delivery dockets, entering and processing customer and supplier invoices, payments, banking, preparing job sheets, liaising with customers and staff to coordinate jobs and supporting the Administration Manager. This position requires applicants to have excellent computer skills, high level capability in Microsoft suite of products, excellent telephone manner, receptionist skills and an open drivers licence.
The successful applicant will need to undergo a computer skills test, a medical examination and police check.
